In this oh-so-delicious 90-minute class you’ll learn how to choose the perfect beer to drink with decadent chocolate. Find out how to properly taste artisanal beer and handcrafted chocolately treats individually and together. Discover what makes some pairings work and others, well, not so much. Take home pairing notes and suggestions for hosting your own beer-and-chocolate party. Beer. It’s not just for pretzels anymore.
