Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salsa served over fresh spring greens, drizzled with red pepper coulis and chipolte lime crème fraiche, paired with Allagash Tripel, 9%.
Grilled, pineapple-glazed Escolar, served with Curieux, 11%.
Classic Bread Pudding with caramel and chocolate drizzle topped with fresh whipped cream served with Grand Cru, 7.2%.
We will also put several other Allagash kegs on draught Friday night, including Black, Barrel-Aged Black (we got the only keg released in N.J.), and Four. Stop in to sample brews from our favorite domestic brewery over the weekend.
