The “Wedge” crisp Romaine lettuce with pancetta, marinated tomatoes, red onion and gorgonzola dressing
SOUP – Smuttynose Brown Ale and
Black bean chili with Andouille sausage, shredded cheddar and scallions
APPETIZER – Sly Fox Phoenix Pale Ale and
Wild mushroom and local asparagus risotto with shaved Parmesan cheese and crispy Prosciutto ham
ENTRÉE – Allagash Dubbel and
Italian barbeque glazed sliced Flat Iron steak served with Mac & cheese, green beans and crispy onions
OR Dogfish Head Namaste and
Grilled salmon with red Himalayan rice, Ratatouille vegetables, spinach, orzo pasta and topped with Olive tapenade
