SUMMER SCHOOL IS IN SESSION!
6 WEEK COMPREHENSIVE HOMEBREWING COURSE WITH BREWER JEREMY WATTS! CLASSES MONDAY NIGHTS THIS SUMMER FROM 6:30-7:30PM. ONLY $10 EACH!
The Brewer’s Apprentice is offering a new 6 week instructional course on how to brew! Attend them all or drop in for the topic that interests you most. Each session will be facilitated by our very own Jeremy Watts, who is also a professional brewer! Homebrewers may bring in any homebrew that you would like to have us taste and offer you feedback. We will have Q & A at the end of every session.
Our course kicks off with how to taste beer and equipment needed, and follows the brewing process thru until we finish with bottling and kegging on 8/3/15.

6/29 The Science of it All; H20, yeast, cleaning, and fermenting temperatures
7/6 BREAK, no meeting
7/13 Recipe Development
7/20 Time to Brew* Time change 6:00 – 8:00. We will be actually brewing a batch of beer using the recipe developed on 7/13
7/27 Fermentation
