Brewing Classes at The Brewer’s Apprentice

This event is coming up at The Brewers Apprentice.  Here’s what’s going on from a recent email.  Stop in and talk to our friends Jason and John!  Along with those two guys, the rest of the crew are great and super helpful and knowledgeable.

On Saturday, May 19th from 6pm – 9pm, The Brewer’s Apprentice will be holding the first all-grain demonstration for 2012!

If you’ve been thinking about all-grain brewing, but were afraid that it’s too complicated & mysterious, or that it takes too much time, this event will wash away your hesitation and replace it with confidence.

We’ll be going from start to finish… Discussing equipment that’s needed and all of the basic principles, and we’ll even lightly discuss some intermediate maneuvers! There will be plenty of opportunies for questions and answers, and you’ll be able to get up close and personal with the grain as we go through the mashing process.

And, as with all of our seminars, you’ll get to taste some great beer at half-time… maybe even meet some new beer friends!

Tickets are $40 each and must be purchased in advance. As always, we will not be able to accept walk-ins. This event is limited to 75 people. To purchase tickets, drop by the store or give us a call at the store – (732) 863-9411.

The new address is 865 Route 33 West, Suite 4, Freehold.  BrewApp is a homebrew store as well as a Brew on Premise (BoP) location. NJCB members save 10% on ingredients!
