Whitehouse Station: Our friend Matty from Nik’s Wunderbar sent over the following for one of the newest New Jersey breweries, Conclave Brewing. Tim from Conclave Brewing has been very active in the NJ beer scene and a NJCB Member since year 1, so let’s support them!
As you may know Conclave Brewing out of Raritan (near Flemington) is close to opening. On July 9th starting at open (11 am) we will have 2 of their brews on tap. Keep in mind the brewery doors do not open until July 11th so as you can tell this is a pre-release party to create exposure for them. I can attest that they do a really great job with session style beers. As over the years I have had the pleasure of getting sample bottles.
The following will be on draft so come out and give ’em a shot:
Espresso Milk Stout – 5% – Traditional milk stout with a hint of coffee to balance the sweetness
Farmhouse Saison – 5.6 – Saison w/a blend of citrus and tropical fruits w/slight pepper overtones
