Gusto Grill opened up in East Brunswick about five years ago, bringing an eclectic food menu with a lovely dining space and a great lofted bar area. For the past three years, they have been gradually changing the taps over to craft beer. A few months ago the bar was redone and all the taps were brought together to open up the space even more. Almost all 20 taps are now craft, with TWO devoted to nitro! The bar manager and co-owner also recently brought their staff over to Kane Brewing for a tour and tutorial of the brewing process and the different varieties of beer explained directly from the brewers themselves. I thought this was a fantastic and fun way to educate restaurant and bar staff that are new to the craft beer world. Gusto Grill is serious about their commitment to growing a solid presence in the craft beer community by not only serving great beer, but “knowing” great beer, as well.
Gusto Grill is located at 1050 New Jersey 18 East Brunswick and online too. Gusto Grill offers $1 off all craft drafts Monday thru Thursday, and all night happy hour specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the bar only for NJCB cardholders.
Went last night, it is a good deal but I was with a buddy and they made us split our tab and only give a discount on the beers I had. I guess its not a big deal but all other places have applied the discount to the entire tab. It was not like I had 10 people drinking on 1 tab and abusing the discount.
I went with a buddy last night and had the opposite, we had a few beers and the discount was offered to both of us.
