Introducing David Todd’s in Morristown

Morristown may not be known as a craft beer destination for New Jersey, but that is starting to change in part from David Todd’s on South Street.  An upscale restaurant with solid French and Italian-inspired entrees listed amongst steakhouse favorites, David Todd’s is also home to a great beer list.  John, the bar manager, has worked to create a diverse beer list that fits in the classy bar space.  He’s been rotating in limited-availability Samuel Adams on draft, with Cherry Chocolate Bock the current winner; next on deck is the Tasman Red IPA.  Other top craft choices on draft include Sixpoint Bengali Tiger IPA, Flying Fish Hopfish IPA, and Ramstein Munich Amber; on deck is Weyerbacher Winter.

Beyond the draft selections, they offer a sizable list of bottle offerings, including Dogfish 60min & 90min, Fort Collins Chocolate Stout, Lakefront IPA, Stone Levitation, Ommegang Hennepin, and Celebrator Ayinger Dopplebock amongst others.  Check out the full list at http://davidtoddscitytavern.com and follow them on Twitter @DavidTodds to keep track of their frequent Happy Hour specials.
