We have an event coming up on November 12 which is a Tuesday at 7 p.m. here at Pig and Prince. Its a beer dinner with NJ Beer. 4 courses with beer pairings for $50. The menu is as follows.
First Course: Bison Tartar/ Market Crudite/ cured egg yolk/ jalapeno
Paired with NJ Beer Hudson Pale Ale
Second course: Mussels/ Thai Red Curry/ Hemp Seed
Paired with NJ Beer IPA
Third Course: Coffee and Stout Braised Beef Short Ribs/ Parsnip-Celeriac Puree/ Baby Root Vegetable
Paired with NJ Beer Garden State Stout
Fourth Course: Scotch Ale Tiramisu
Paired with NJ Beer Whey Heavy

Just an FYI: the IPA is called LBIPA, and the beer paired with the tiramisu a wee heavy, not a whey heavy! Not sure if it was a typo or not but just wanted to let you know!
