Next Friday, July 20th, at 7:30 p.m., we are hosting a Southern Tier Beer Dinner. Seats are $50 per person. Reservations are required and should be made via email to Maloneyspubnj@gmail.com. The menu is as follows:
Creamy Atlantic Highlands Clam Chowder, paired with Eurotrash (Pilsner).
Maloney’s Summer Salad- fresh mozzarella, toasted almonds, and summer berries toped with balsamic/ raspberry vinaigrette, paired with Hop-Sun (American Pale Wheat Ale).
Spare Ribs with coleslaw, jalapeno cheddar cornbread and sweet southern succotash paired with Gemini (Strong Ale/ Imperial IPA blend).
Crème Brulee paired with a sampler of Southern Tier’s world-class stouts: Oat, Choklat, Crème Brulee (Imperial Stouts).
In addition to the beer featured at the dinner, we are also tapping other great beer from Southern Tier, including Mokah, Pale Ale, Unearthly, Oak-aged Unearthly, Javah, Iniquity, 2XStout, Raspberry Wheat, 2XIPA, and IPA.
