Taphouse Grille events in Wayne

tap house grille wayne

Here are the next few big Taphouse Grille events from our friend Matt.

We’ve got a very exciting event this Wed. We’ll be hosting a joint event featuring Smuttynose from Portsmouth, NH, and Lagunitas from Petaluma, CA. Pat, the rep from Smuttynose, and Trevor, the rep from Lagunitas, will both be on hand to hang out, talk beer and give high fives! Here’s the lineup for that night;

From Smuttynose

Old Brown DogA classic example of an “American Brown Ale”

Very Old Brown DogGood things come to those who wait

GravitationDark fruit, rum, toffee and raisins

Baltic PorterBig, bold and smooth with malty coffee flavors

BloomIt’s like if “Edible Arrangements” made a beer

NoonanA tributary black IPA for the founder of VT pub and brewery, Greg Noonan

From Lagunitas

Wilco Tango Foxtrot (WTF?)Rich, smooth, dangerous and chocolatey

Little Sumpin’ WildIs “complexishness” a word?

SucksAKA Brown Shugga’ substitute. Apology accepted!

Fusion XVI - A sessionable hybrid of their other pale ales

About Mike

After moving to an area with less craft beer than I was used to, I decided to build a website to find local places with beer. It's time to explore New Jersey. I love IPAs and Pale Ales too and own the website.

Mike: Thanks for doing the research and taking the time to share the information. I find that many of the places that have beer on tap don’t have a good range of beer. I have seen many places that offer IPAs, Pale Ales, Rye, Blueberry, Wheats and never have any ambers, browns, Reds or any Malt leaning ales or lagers.

If you are ever out in Western PA anywhere near Slippery Rock PA, be sure to stop in at North Country Brewing. Hand carved wood accents, rustic architecture, great food menu, outdoor seating around back with cozy fireplace but best of all great selection of craft beer. Their Firehouse Red Ale is the best I have ever had. The place is always packed. Lunch is nice so you can see all the details. Black & Blue cheeseburger and a pint by the fire is wonderful.

    Pete
