NEW BARREL BREW DATES ANNOUNCED!!

OUR BARREL AGING SCHEDULE FOR THE REST OF 2014 – SIGN UP FOR YOUR SHARES TODAY!
A new brew-on-premise experience, we call it a “Barrel Brew” and WOW is the beer good! We get groups of brewers together to make enough of one recipe to fill a 55 gallon Lairds Applejack barrel… then age the beer in it for months. The result is a strong and absolutely delicious twist on some of our best recipes!

The next Barrel Brew is Friday, July 25th at 6:30PM! We’ve selected another strong Belgian beer, our customer favorite “Amour De Diables” as the next recipe to go into an Applejack barrel – this complex take on the world famous Rochefort 8 will be over the top amazing once infused with apple brandy and oak flavors from the barrel!

We’ve also scheduled all the remaining Barrel Brews for this year.

JULY 25TH – AMOR DE DIABLES (BELGIAN STRONG DARK ALE)

AUGUST 8TH – SPICED HONEY CYSER (MEAD W/ CIDER AND SPICES)

AUGUST 23RD – APPLE HONEY ALE (BRAGGOT)

OCTOBER 3RD – CRANBERRY MAPLE XMAS ALE (SPICED ALE)

Here’s how our Barrel Brews work: Groups can buy into the barrel by the SHARE. Each share is $200 (Bottles are included.) For Beer Barrel Brews the yeild is 72 x 12oz. bottes (3 cases.) Mead Barrel Brews yeild 48 x 12 oz. bottles (2 cases.) After the brew day we ferment the beer and then transfer it to the barrel after 4 weeks. It then ages in the barrel for several months, after which point it is ready to bottle!

SHARES ARE FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED! THESE SELL OUT QUICKLY!! If enough groups sign up we can do multiple barrels! To reserve your share call us at 732-863-9411 today!
