Just wanted to make you aware of a startup brewery in Vineland called Turtle Stone Brewing Company. They aren’t sharing much info, according to Becky from Turtle Stone, because of their own superstitions, but they did share the following.
Right now, we are in the later stages of starting up. In late 2009 we purchased a 15 barrel system and have been storing it while we looked for a building. Since we needed an industrial space with at least 15′ ceilings, the search took us longer than anticipated. After a long search a location popped up that was ideal. Last week we signed an agreement to purchase a building and moved all of our tanks in on Thursday. I’m putting in ALL of our applications early next week. We’re already cleared with the city and the only real wait I anticipate is the NJ license.
