Livingston, NJ: Uncorked and Uncapped – Beer, Wine, and Food Fest is happening at The Arc of Essex County

The event will take place on Thursday, September 24 at the Westminster Hotel in Livingston, NJ from 6:30-9:30pm and will feature: craft beer tastings, wine tastings, food stations, restaurant samplings, an awards program and a silent auction. The event will be a fun filled casual evening of conversation and tastings all while highlighting the partnerships that have been integral in The Arc’s success. Based on initial projections we are anticipating an attendance of 200-300 people.
The Arc will provide:
• Table
• Chairs
• Linens
• Glassware
• China
• Flatware
• Custom table signage with company logo and/or name
• An ad in the souvenir tasting journal which will be distributed to each attendee
• Logo and a hyperlink on the event website (currently under construction)The event will be marketed to long standing supporters of The Arc as well as the general public. An event save the date card will be mailed to more than 3,000 people in Essex County and surrounding areas. The Arc will also be partnering with a number of businesses, restaurants, and liquor stores in the surrounding area to promote the event through the use of strategically placed posters and event promo cards. The Arc is also in the process of reaching out to several radio stations to promote the event free of charge. A dedicated event website www.uncorkedanduncapped.com is under development.
The Arc of Essex County is the largest service provider to individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Essex County, New Jersey. The Arc is committed to fostering achievement through program, services and supports that ignite a positive, fulfilling and rewarding quality of life. We will once again be using the venue’s liquor license.
