Maloney’s is hosting a Weyerbacher beer pairing on Saturday, June 9th. Arrive by 7:15 for a 7:30 pm start. Seats are $55 each. Reservations are required and should be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The menu is as follows:
Spicy-Island Salmon accompanied by a tropical fruit salsa, paired with Victor Ale (Red Ale, 5.6%).
Spring Pea Soup garnished with crème fraiche and crispy apple wood smoked bacon , paired with Romeo (Belgian Red Ale, 8%).
Slow-roasted Berkshire Loin of Pork served with honey-thyme-glazed baby carrots and red bliss potatoes, paired with Uniform (Roggenbier, 7%).
Classic Key Lime Pie paired with Double Simcoe (Imperial IPA, 9%).
Other Weyerbacher brews tapped the night of the dinner will include: Blanche (Witbier, 5%), Heresy (Russian Imperial Stout, 9%), Insanity (Barleywine, 11%), and Sierra Ale (Sweet Stout, 6.4%).
