This Wednesday, June 29 the New Jersey General Assembly will be voting on S-2364/A-3708 which deals with outdoor use and extension of premises. This extends the Covid-19 extension of premises.
This Wednesday June 29th, the New Jersey General Assembly will be voting on a bill to allow breweries like ours, along with New Jersey’s thousands of bars and restaurants, to continue to use the outdoor spaces we were all allowed to open during the COVID-19 pandemic for another two years. Without this legislation, we will be forced to close these outdoor spaces in November 2022 and not allow our customers to enjoy these areas you have all grown to love with your friends, family, and fellow New Jersey craft beer fans. Please let your local Assembly members know that you support this legislation and ask them to VOTE YES on S-2364 / A-3708.
