Matt and I recently stopped at Uno’s Brewpub to chat with our friend Chris, the new Brewmaster at the restaurant. Chris is hard at work formulating his new Oktoberfest recipe which you can see Matt sipping from the fermenter in some of the pictures below. You’ll be happy to know that Chris is working on a few new recipes as well as keeping some of the older recipes, but maybe tweaking them a bit.

First is a Monchsambacher Lager, a 5.5% Keller and a Weissenohe Monk’s Fest Bier, a 5% true German Marzen and lastly one pin from Weyerbacher.
