This is breaking news from my good friend Bernard, the local rep from Unibroue.  Bernard called me to tell me that the Unibroue brewmaster, Jerry Vietz is going to collaborate and brew a special one off beer with Chris LaPierre, the brewmaster at Iron Hill Maple Shade.  Their brew-session style is yet to be determined.  The group will be hanging out after the brewday ends! Chocolatier Mike Collins of Reilly’s Candy will be running a beer and chocolate pairing from 7-9PM on Wednesday, October 5 at Iron Hill Maple Shade.  The cost is $25 pp including tax and gratuity.  Reservations Required by calling 856 273.0300.
