From the signs on the tap towers and the beer menu on the wall, it looks like it entirely Euro imports- no US craft beers at all? Lots of great locally-brewed German-style beers coming out of High Point, Victory, Sly Fox, etc., which don't have to suffer long ocean voyages or flash pasteurization.
There are about 20 craft bottles also
