Unexpected, but a welcome surprise. No, it’s not all tacos and Tecates. Ok, I had some delicious steak burritos but the menu is beyond Mexican. As a matter of fact, it’s only a small portion of the menu. Still, given the name of the establishment and my recent discovery that they had craft beer, I had to jump at the opportunity of having a burrito with a pint of Dale’s Pale Ale, who can turn that down?
I had the pleasure of speaking with both Dante Caprio and Mike Nudo, two young go-getters who are running the place. It was great to see how they both shared a vision. This vision of course included craft beer.
Señorita’s is located at Hyatt Hill in Clark. A very well run bar with great customer service includes 7 taps reserved for craft. Señorita’s also has a dining area and outside seating with a beautiful golf course in the background.
