Caldwell: The New Jersey Highlands Coalition has made great progress connecting with brewers and others in the craft beer industry. According to our friend Lauren from the Coalition.
Our bottle share at Poor Henry’s was such fun that we are doing it again! Join us for a celebration of clean water at our second NJ Highlands Bottle Share (https://www.facebook.com/events/675865602558117) at Cloverleaf Tavern on Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 3:00-7:00PM in the private room upstairs.
This laid back event will include some nosh, prizes and a tasting glass, and opportunity to win cool beer swag! We ask that everyone bring a bottle or two of their favorite beer to share. Don’t worry about bringing something rare, just bring something you like and want to share!
Tickets are limited, so get yours today at https://highlandsbottleshare.eventbrite.com

and here’s more…
Our clean water message has reached new audiences, many new to both craft beer and the Coalition. So far, River Horse Brewing Company, Angry Erik’s Brewing LLC, Manskirt Brewing, and Twisted Limb Cider have joined us. Our first bottle share was a success at Poor Henry’s Restaurant and Pub and many of the attendees were NJCB members and made new craft beer friends at the event.
Our 1st Hopped Up Highlands Pub Crawl was also a big success! We will be hosting both again this year and could not have done this with out NJCB. The Hopped Up Highlands Pub Crawl will take place on Sunday afternoon (Noon – 5PM) on November 8, 2015 and The NJ Highlands Bottle Share event will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 3:00pm-7:00pm at Cloverleaf Tavern. We are excited about both events and will have more about the pub crawl at the end of the month. With the strong support of friends such as you, we can continue protecting our precious water and other natural and cultural resources.
We have scheduled 2nd NJ Highlands bottle share fundraiser from 3:00PM to 7:00PM on Sunday, August 30th, 2015 at Cloverleaf Tavern in the upstairs private room.
You get to share and drink beer with other beer lovers while supporting a great cause. The cost is $50 per person before Friday, August 1st –after August 1st, tickets will be $60 per person*. Space is limited so act fast and order a ticket at https://highlandsbottleshare.eventbrite.com

We ask that everyone bring a bottle or two of their favorite beer to share, don’t worry about something rare just bring something you like and want to share. If it happens to be rare then that’s good too. You can post what you’re bringing with you on this Facebook page.
