ABV: 6.7%
IBU: 61

A modern twist to classic styles.
The ‘Hi-Tech’ part comes from the fact that this beer was brewed with “cryo-hops” and plenty of them.
The hop blend includes Citra, Mosaic, Ekuonot, Simcoe and Cascade cry-pellet hops.
The Pale Ale version sports and English Ale yeast yielding 6.1% ABV and the Belgian version uses a dryer Belgian Saison yeast finishing with an ABV of 6.7%.

They both have an IBU of 61 but if you can, try them side by side to see what a difference yeast makes to a beer!
