A special Taproom-only release of three variants Sour Beer from Test Dept.™ brewer Matt.
Test Dept.™ Sour (base sour)
Test Dept.™ Sour (Mango)
Test Dept.™ Sour (Watermelon)Our base sour is American Sour Ale that was kettle soured for 48 hours with lacto and finished with Brettomyces. Light tartness and a hint of wheat feature in its flavor profile.
Addtions of watermelon and mango purée are added during secondary fermentation for the variants adding additional flavor profiles.
