Job Description
Newark Local Beer is looking for experienced Bartenders to join the team! Applicants must have at least 1 year beertending experience and be TIPS Certified. Candidates should be detail oriented, familiar with various beer styles, and passionate about beer.
Weekend and weekday shifts available. Come join Newark’s only craft brewery!!
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
– Serve craft beers (pints, growlers, cans)
– Create a welcoming experience for patrons
– Run point of sales system
– Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age
– Maintain clean work area: bar and taproom
– Tap new kegs
– Manage inventory: beers, t-shirts, hats
– Perform other tasks as requested
