The tickets for our Doc’s Cider dinner on Wed. January 23rd, just arrived today so anyone who wants to reserve theirs can call at 973-832-4141 or email me back. Tickets will be $60 including tax and gratuity and will feature 4 courses paired to 4 ciders as well as an extra special cask of dry hopped apple cider which everyone can taste as they arrive to the event. The menu is as follows:
Course 1
Pan Seared Viking Village Scallops – sliced bosc pear, mixed greens, cider gastrique
Paired with Doc’s Hard Pear Cider
Course 2
Grilled Organic Pork Loin – sauteed haricot verts, roasted carrots, clove demi glace
Paired with Doc’s Hard Apple Cider
Course 3
Pan Roasted Duck Breast – sauteed swiss chard with panchetta, roasted potatoes, black currant reduction
Paired with Doc’s Hard Cranberry Cider
Course 4
Dessert (we’re still working on this one)
Paired with Doc’s Hard Raspberry Cider
