Jersey City Fall Brawl

Homebrewers,

After a fun Homebrew Event last May in Hoboken, we were asked to assist Jersey City Ties (http://jerseycityties.com/) in organizing their event, the Jersey City Fall Brawl. This event will be similar to the Hoboken Homebrew and Chili contest, where there are 25 brewers and a portion of the proceeds goes to local charities. We’re looking to fill these spots. Please help us spread the word, and compete your finest ales!

When:  October 5th

Where: Jersey City…, 4th Street Arts Festival

What: 25-30 different brews. 5 gallons, corny/bottle doesnt matter

Expected Attendance: 300 people

Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place (Judges**), along with a single peoples choice. Exact prizes are TBD and based on attendance, but cash, gift cerftificates, trophies, and a few long shot suprises are in store.

**We are in need of BJCP Judges. Please contact us if you or anyone you know may be interested. Although the May event was fun, we want it to be more serious this time. Not an officially sanctioned competition, but similar to Brooklyn Wort in that a panel of experts are dishing out the prizes.
