River Horse beer dinner at Pig and Prince

Pig and Prince has another event coming up on May 6 at 7:00 p.m.  Its the Riverhorse beer dinner.  4 courses with 4 pairings for $55 per person.  Reservations are required.

First Course:
River Horse Summer Blonde
Ceviche / fresno chilies / cilantro / avocado / lime / celery

Second Course:
River Horse Special (American Ale)
Crispy catfish / crab and potato salad / edamame puree

Third Course:
River Horse Hop-a-lot-amus
