Event Team Member
Job Description
Cape May Brewing Company is immediately hiring part-time employees to be a part of our Events Team. Candidates must be available and flexible on weekends and some week nights for upcoming events and festival work. MUST be able to work evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include but are not limited to set-up and breakdown of event, welcoming guests, addressing questions about brewery and brews. They also include but are not limited to addressing the public, providing friendly and courteous customer service, enforcing policies, rules and regulations specific to different events and venues. This position reports to the Sales/Events Team. May be requested to stand or sit for long periods. May be requested to work inside or outside with various weather conditions. Must be able to respond to emergency situations. This position is for events in the NJ and PA regions.
Primary Duties Include:
Representing and talking about Cape May Brewing Company while serving and discussing our beers as a brewery representative at various Events and Festivals. A passion for craft beer a must!
Interacting with the public! A positive and professional attitude.
Setting up and breaking down event stations
Filling out event reports/checklists/inventories with event recap/details for Sales/Event Team
Full training will be provided so no experience necessary
