By now, many are aware that on July 1, 2022, the NJABC (New Jersey Alcohol Beverage Control) applied enforceable special conditions in regard to brewery license renewals for the upcoming year.
The special ruling affects the very livelihood of breweries by limiting us from providing our patrons and craft beer lovers throughout NJ with the type of local, community-centric hospitality experience that our customers expect and desire.
While the enforcement of these special conditions jeopardizing license renewals and the very existence of breweries in NJ is disheartening, we are hopeful that we can work together with our legislative leaders to enact the statutory changes needed to aid New Jersey’s craft beer industry.
As such, we are proud to stand with the Brewers Guild of New Jersey and more than a dozen other #NJbreweries to raise awareness about these restrictive and ridiculous rules.
Thus, we have joined the BREW JERSEY collaboration to create a delicious and hazy New England IPA that is sure to please!
