Homebrewer with a dream. Bolero Snort and I hung out a few weeks back to brew a beer for an upcoming event that you’ll hear about later and had a good chance to chat. Bob’s been brewing all grain for just over a year in his North Jersey home. Bolero Snort is stepping up from his 5 gallon to a 10 gallon system this month or whenever his equipment shows up. Bolero Snort, another #BrewYork member, and I brewed a Black IPA the other day and then went to hang out with our friends at NJ Beer Co.
