This Friday we will debut a bourbon barrel aged vintage Maibock. The 2011 Maibock was aged for months in a buffalo trace bourbon barrel with vanilla and wild summer yeast.
The beer designed for summer release, has a rich aroma of bourbon and vanilla. The flavor is bight tart citrus with wood and malt notes. The finish is warm and smooth with clean notes of bourbon and vanilla.
We will serve the beer by the glass and in growlers to go while supplies last.
