Brewery Events is teaming up with our freinds and soon-to-be neighbors in Brick, Mahana Fresh, for a mouthwatering 4-course culinary experience pairing their fresh bowls with some of our favorite brews hosted at our location in Lakewood!
Bowl 1: Dive into Basmati Rice, Sesame Ginger Broccoli, and Key West Chicken topped with Cilantro Vinaigrette Sauce, paired with our flagship IPA, Yacht Juice.
Bowl 2: Spice things up with a Kale Crunch Salad, Buffalo Cauliflower, and Nashville Hot Chicken with Pickles, alongside a refreshing pour of Footwedge (American Lager w/Salt + Lime)
Bowl 3: Experience a fusion of flavors with Chilled Sesame Noodles, Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts, and Teriyaki Chicken topped with Creamy Wasabi Sauce complemented by our rice lager, Ichi for the Michi.
Bowl 4: Enjoy a sweet treat to round out the finish with an Orange Vanilla Dole Whip Swirl Beer Float featuring our mimosa-inspired sour, Drinking for Breakfast!
