A rich brown ale brewed with Dutch chocolate, three varieties of chilli peppers and a hint of cinnamon. This medium-bodied, unfiltered beer is mildly hopped, to allow the other flavors to come through. 5.25% abv. It was on tap since 4PM today only at Basil T’s in Red Bank. A collaborative brew with Tim Kelly of Tun Tavern, Atlantic City, who brewed a similar version called “Cocoa Fuego”
