Fairfield: Cricket Hill Anniversary Weekend is happening at Cricket Hill Brewery
Tara from Cricket Hill Brewery said starting Thursday, May 9 until…
This May, Cricket Hill Brewery of Fairfield, NJ is celebrating its 18th year delivering you the greatest beers on the planet earth. That phrase, of course, comes thanks to the founder and co-owner, Rick Reed, who began this journey with their first brew, East Coast Lager back in 2001.
Since that original German style Helles Lager was introduced, Reed, co-owner Ed Gangi and Head Brewery Mark Tilley have expanded the lineup to include a wide-range of Ales, IPAs, Sours, Stouts, and Barrel Aged beers.
Their beer is available at numerous restaurants, bars, sports arenas, and retail locations in the tri-state area and on tap at Cricket Hill’s own tap room. To celebrate this special milestone year, Cricket Hill is releasing 18th Year Party Pils, a classic pilsner with an updated hop twist. This unfiltered golden beer is made with a modest grain bill of Pilsner and 2 specialty grains, then hopped with Heull Melon that adds fruit aromas and flavors of honeydew and strawberry. 4.2% ABV, 31 IBU.
Cricket Hill’s anniversary weekend, starting May 9th, will feature a fun beer lineup in their 12 tap Tasting Room which is now open 7 days a week. Stop by to discover some brewery only specials, a new anniversary t-shirt, and see how this cricket is 18 years old and still hoppin’!
