As the New Year unfolds and the temperature starts to drop, our palates start to crave rich, dark and full-bodied beers to warm our bones. What better way to fill this human desire than by checking out ‘Dark Beer Night’ featuring the elusive Founder’s ‘Canadian Breakfast Stout’ at Cowan’s Public!

CBS – Imperial Breakfast Stout aged in Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels (11.7%)
Imperial Stout- Rich & chocolatey Stout that has been RETIRED (10.5%)
Lizard of Koz – Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout brewed w/ blueberries, chocolate & vanilla (10.5%)
Backwoods Bastard – Bourbon barrel-aged Scotch Ale (11.2%)
Azacca IPA – Seasonal IPA w/ notes of citrus & mango
Nitro Rubaeus – Smooth & creamy Raspberry Ale
