Wow, has it been a year already?!
On June 16th, 2015, we distributed our 1st Pilot Batch keg to Salt Creek Grille in Princeton, NJ – where Chris used to work before his passing – and celebrated the occasion with a Friends & Family Soft Opening at the brewery!
A full year has gone by, with countless (and continuing) recipe changes and developments, so we’ve decided to celebrate!
Not only are we releasing a Limited Edition beer to celebrate, we’re adding Thursdays to our Tasting Room schedule, adding an hour to Saturdays, and blowing up the hours on Sunday for new ones!
The Polish Goodbye is definitely the craziest beer we’ve brewed yet in Jersey City, and we hope you enjoy the funk!
A Grodziskie, or smoked wheat beer, The Polish Goodbye is a low abv beer dominated by smokey aroma and taste, with subtle floral and spicy hop nodes. Only about 4 SRM (very light), and fermented to be ultra-clear for a wheat beer, The Polish Goodbye is essential Kielbasa and Saurkraut in a glass, with a wee bit of sourness derived from the malt and yeast selection.
Our funky Anniversary beer will be released in quad packs of 16 oz cans starting 4pm on Thursday, June 16th, and distributed to select bars and restaurants throughout our network.
Cans of Modern Cup of Sole will also be available, while supplies last, and A Dark Night – our Bronze Medal winning Gluten Free Black IPA!
