Hackensack: The Alementary is releasing Hackensack Lager today. Here are the details from our friends at Alementary.
Hackensack’s first microbrewery, The Alementary Brewing Company, will release a Hackensack commemorative beer called the “Hackensack Lager” in the brewery tasting room this Sunday, July 17th at 12 noon.
The Alementary opened in Hackensack on April 16th, 2016.
This unique brewery exclusive beer is a light, easy-drinking lager that will have broad appeal for seasoned craft beer drinkers as well as those new to craft beer.
Since nothing says “summer” like beer and BBQ, Kimchi Smoke is bringing their Texas- style barbecue to The Alementary to help celebrate this new beer.
Kimchi Smoke opened its door on 49 W church Street in Bergenfield, NJ in January 2016 and has been extremely well received by locals and food lovers throughout NJ/NY.
This pop-up’s theme is Hackensack, where Chef Robert Austin Cho resided for over 10 years.
The menu will include the famous Bad as Texas Brisket, Not Cho Mama Chili, Korean Redneck Tacos and a special version of the life-changing Chonut.
In addition, Cho will be including a kids’ meal so the whole family can enjoy the day together.
In addition to the Hackensack Lager, The Alementary will have their complete line-up of craft beers including the A-Game IPA, Mr. Stevens English Mild, and the Key Lime Gose.
