Salad of mixed baby kale with roasted beets, pretzel crusted Wisconsin cheddar curds, grilled red onion, & a lemon-poppyseed vinaigrette paired with Witbier
Course 2:
Sauteed tilapia set on toasted parmesan orzo w/ pesto-grilled vegetables& a Calabrian pepper drizzle paired with an IPA
Course 3:
Coffee porter creme brulee paired with a Coffee Porter
