The Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern announces it will be co-hosting its first craft beer dinner with Edible Jersey, the quarterly magazine that celebrates the local, seasonal food of the Garden State on Wednesday, January 23rd at 7pm at the Inn. The event will feature the best in craft beer from some of NJ’s top local microbreweries creatively paired will a sumptuous five-course tapas dinner menu prepared by Executive Chef Andrew Rodriguez. The event celebrates NJ’s flourishing craft beer scene and growing community with brewmasters from Cricket Hill, Flying Fish, Climax Brewing, Trap Rock Brewery and others that will be on hand to discuss their craft.
