Come celebrate IPA Day with Cape May!
To honor our Lupulin Overlords, we’re bringing some serious hop action this Thursday!
We’ll be tickling you hop buds with:Firkin of Take Five Session IPA – double dry hopped + orange peel
Pin of Coastal Evacuation Double IPA – an F load of Amarillo hops (over two pounds per barrel equivalency on the dry hop)
Super Hopped Cape May IPA – Dry-hopped with almost a pound per barrel, then double dry hopped with an additional 5 pounds per barrel of fresh-off-the-vine wet hops from a local farm picked 24 hours before we put the beer on em! hop your face off super fresh super tasty super juicy IPA celebration beer (don’t worry, this was a small batch so we have about 6 barrels worth to be served in the tasting room only, so it should last the weekend)!
Release of this years Poverty Beach – Belgian IPA. Inspired by the taproom mix known as the “reach around”, which is a blend of our Coastal Evacuation and Devil’s Reach. Super dank, citrusy, fruity and ester focused, effervescent, saison + hops = tasty.
The very last keg of Escape the Cape, which is an Indian Pale Lager/Pale Ale/Hoppy Lager/super tasty dry hoppy and unique summer brew which had ran it’s course, we stashed a keg for this hop-py event.
+ the standard hop forward offerings of Cape May IPA, Coastal Evacuation, and Take Five session IPA.
