Join MASH board member Eric Blaine in an interactive discussion of food and beer pairings. We will discuss multiple approaches for creating exciting matches between delicious food and beer. Expect to learn fun ways to plan menus and strategies for matching beer, cider, and wine with your food options as well as ways to pair flavors in order to build complex flavor profiles in your own beer and food recipes. Join us at Twin Elephant to hear about these exciting topics and more.

As always, meetings are open to all.Feel free to arrive early for dinner or even eat during the meeting. Poor Henry’s has some of the best craft beer offerings in the area! Bring homebrew to share and a sample glass to help cut down on cup waste.
