Hackensack: NamaStay for the Beer is happening at The Alementary

Hello friends! It’s time again for another yoga class followed up with a pint at The Alementry Brewery in Hackensack. Come bend, stretch, and strengthen with a 60-minute Vinyasa flow class (appropriate for all experience levels). Modifications and variations will be offered to provide you with a personalized level of practice. After class NamaStay for the beer and enjoy your pint! When: Sunday, May 7. Doors open at 10:30am, Yoga starts at 11, beer starts at 12.

Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring your own yoga mat. Dress in cozy layers for savasana. Open to all levels of experience and ability.
