Come join me this Sunday at The Alementary in Hackensack for NamaStay for the Beer!
It will be an hour long Vinyasa class appropriate for all abilities.
Doors open at 10:30, class starts at 11, & beer is poured at noon! $20 gets you the class and a pint of beer afterwards. Cash only, please.
