Job Description

Konrad Beverage Company is currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to help us grow our High End Beer Porfolio. Preferred candidate will live in our marketing area (Camden, Gloucester and Southern Burlington counties).

Requirements and Competencies
* Bachelor’s degree
* 3 years of proven results oriented experience in outside sales
* Excellent computer, problem solving and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities
* Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals
* An intense competitive spirit with an assertive confident personality
* Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results; and strong judgment

Primary Responsibilities
* Responsible for increasing distribution and volume across key on-premise and off-premise accounts
* Identifying opportunities and developing a plan to close the gaps
* Ensure quality activations, promotions, displays, price features, staff education, beer tastings and evening promotions are targeted at key accounts
* Develop and maintain close relationships with key on and off premise accounts
* Motivate sales force to achieve sales objectives
