Projects Coordinator

Job Description

Event Coordination
Coordinate different aspects of events and take more ownership of smaller events. Projects/tasks can include: assisting with proposals, concept ideation, working with clients, venues, vendors, budgets, schedules, floor plans and helping onsite at events. The nature of the events industry means responsibilities can be outside this scope.
Social Media
Generate content for and manage company’s social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. Potentially a blog in the future.
Events are mostly on weekends or at night on weekdays. Need to be available at events and sometimes to speak/meet with clients outside of “typical business hours”.
