A portion of the River Horse Brewing Company’s roof collapsed Monday evening under the weight from melting snow, a Lambertville official said this morning. No one was inside when one-quarter of the roof atop the Lambert Lane brewery came crashing down around 6 p.m., according to Crystal Lawton, a control officer with the construction department.
