A portion of the River Horse Brewing Company’s roof collapsed Monday evening under the weight from melting snow, a Lambertville official said this morning. No one was inside when one-quarter of the roof atop the Lambert Lane brewery came crashing down around 6 p.m., according to Crystal Lawton, a control officer with the construction department. Cocoa Fuoco is available now

A rich brown ale brewed with Dutch chocolate, three varieties of chilli peppers and a hint of cinnamon. This medium-bodied, unfiltered beer is mildly hopped, to allow the other flavors to come through. 5.25% abv.  It was on tap since 4PM today only at Basil T’s in Red Bank. A collaborative brew with Tim Kelly of Tun Tavern, Atlantic City, who brewed a similar version called “Cocoa Fuego”
