Sales Lead – NJ
Job Description
Three 3’s Brewing is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, person to lead sales across NJ for its brands. This person will be responsible for creating and building relationships with key retailers within the assigned territory, executing within key on- and off-premise accounts by growing sales and market share through product distribution, display execution and promotion.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Represent Three 3’s brewing at on and off-premise accounts in New Jersey while developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Attend all brewery sales team meetings as required.
• Educate distributors, retailers, and consumers in the territory on all general brewery and brand specific knowledge via distributor sales meeting presentations, work-withs, retail staff educations, consumer tastings and events.
• Plan and execute on-premise promotions beer dinners, and tastings, to promote the brand and products.
• Maintain an understanding of all legal restrictions regarding brewery product in each market and ensure all initiatives are executed within those limitations.
• Use distributor data and reporting tools to prospect opportunities for new or expanded distribution, incremental volume increases, and other business insights.
• Work with management team on new product development and roll-out.
• Identify new business opportunities in either new markets, channels or products.
• Assist in beer festival identification and registration as well as managing and staffing festivals.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule as weekends and extended workdays are often necessary.
• Maintain self-education on brands and the craft beer industry in general
• Investigate and resolves customer issues
• Obtain New Jersey Solicitors license
• Travel within assigned territory.
Who you are:
• You have 2+ years relevant sales experience, craft alcohol experience a plus
• You have a valid NJ driver’s license, registered, reliable and insured vehicle and ability to drive to and from accounts and events daily
• You are passionate about craft beer and knowledgeable about the craft beer market in NJ.
• You are dependable, on-time and organized
• You display skill in attention to detail and ability to complete tasks on time and independently.
• You are knowledgeable of the 3-tier system with the ability to balance the demands of retail execution with both wholesaler and self-distributed brands
• You are a self-starter with a strong desire and ability to execute and win.
• You demonstrate a strong desire to grow professionally with the company and willingness to learn new skills.
• You can manage time and priorities in an effective and efficient manner; track and monitor progress in all identified accounts

• Live in New Jersey
Physical and Mental Requirements:
• Ability to drive to account locations and to Hammonton, NJ
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, talk, hear, taste, grasp, handle, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, bend, and type and or/write.
• Ability to easily move cases of beer (~30 pounds each)
• Ability to maneuver 160lb kegs
