For our third NJCB Collaboration, we have partnered with Glasstown to host the 3BBL batch that is a play on one of Paul’s brown ale recipes. And to stir things up even more we’ve decided to bring the MOB back to the East Coast—our Maple Oatmeal Brown is being fermented using East Coast Yeast’s Old Newark Ale strain to give it a true Jersey feel.
This year the Collaboration team includes Flounder Brewing, Spellbound, Harvest Moon and Departed Soles, along with Team NJCB, East Coast Yeast and Glasstown Brewing!
This 3 barrel brew will be available at each session of Atlantic City Beer Fest (with one sixtel per session) and at our Thursday, April 7 event at The Iron Room to kick off the ACBF weekend! Then we’ll get it around to a few select locations (including directly at Glasstown) until the kegs kick! Get your Untappds ready for NJCB Collaboration 3, or if you prefer, #NJCBMOB.
UPDATE: APRIL 15.
We will be hosting a release party for the collaboration on April 24 at 3pm at Glasstown Brewery. Join Team NJCB and bring your friends, family, kids, pets, growlers, etc to try the #NJCBCollab3 aka NJ MOB.
Of course there will be a lot more of Glasstown’s beers available for sampling and pours. Glasstown has an outdoor space as well as indoors.
Glasstown is minutes from some non beer related attractions like the Arts District, a zoo, an Army Airfield attraction and you never know what sort of aircraft will land or take off from the airport.
