Located at 1422 Grand Street in Hoboken, The Pilsener Haus (former co-founders of Brooklyn’s Radegast) is scheduled to open this summer. The biergarten will be a completely authentic, traditional, Austro-Hungarian biergarten, with a charcuterie menu and a live music. With 21 rotating taps and 40 bottles of both local craft beer and European imports, this will be a great place to do some outdoor drinking this summer! There a bunch of pictures online at Hoboken411 and the official Facebook page too.
The Pilsener Haus is kicking it old school and converting their space to be very European and real. There will be community tables and a traditional atmosphere. Looking at the pictures, we’re in for a treat in a town that already has more bars than any other town in NJ.
The Pilsener Haus just updated their Facebook/Twitter with the following
here’s a quick preview of the styles of beer you’ll taste from our taps: Lager/ Pilsener (of course), Weissbier, Kolsch, DunkelWeisse, Dunkel, Schwarzbier, Doublebock, and Helles
